  • Consult the summary of courses per subject

The summary of courses per subject allows you to cumulate for a subject the total number of course hours created and/or placed by class, teacher, staff, course designation, modality, work-study, status of the courses, equipment, and room. You choose and organize the data to be included.

1. Consult the summary of courses per subject suggested by default

  1. Go to the display Timetable> Subjects > Course and select the subject on the left.
  2. On the right-hand panel, a summary of the courses is displayed. By default, you can see the total number of course hours created for the subject.
  3. To display more data, click one of the numbered buttons [bouton] in the upper-right corner of the summary.
    By default, Level 2 cumulative hours are grouped by class, and Level 3 cumulative hours are grouped by teacher.



  4. To display all the data, click on the button [bouton] in the upper-right corner of the summary.

2. Customize the summary of courses per subject

  1. Click on the button at the top right of the list.
  2. Choose the columns to display/hide, just as you would when customizing a list (learn more).
  3. The rubrics under which you can count course hours are the cumulative rubrics that appear with the icon or .



  4. Organize the displayed columns using the buttons and depending on the cumulative totals you want to obtain.
    For example, you can change the default configuration by cumulating courses by teachers and then by class.



  5. If you want to cumulate more than three rubrics, make sure the rubrics to be cumulated are displayed and specify their number. 



  6. To ignore unplaced courses, tick the option Only the placed courses above the summary.

Advise
You can quickly adjust the cumulative totals by dragging and dropping the columns directly, and export the summary by clicking on the button in the upper-right corner of the list.
