  • Manage the ITP (EPI) hours (Interdisciplinary Teaching Practices)

To count ITP (EPI) hours (Interdisciplinary Teaching Practices) and automatically create the corresponding "grade-free" services in PRONOTE, the subject of the courses concerned must be linked to an ITP (EPI) theme.

Link a subject to an ITP (EPI) theme

  1. Go to the tab Timetable > Subjects > Aff_Liste.jpg List.

  2. Double-click in the column ITP thematic. If you don't see this column, click on the button Btn_ClePlate.jpg at the top right of the list to display it.

  3. In the pop-up window, double-click on the corresponding EPI theme.

Let the teacher indicate which hour the ITP takes place (Teachers Webspace)

For the teacher to be able to indicate which hour the ITP takes place, at least one of his/her courses with the class must include a subject related to an ITP theme.

From the timetable on the Teachers Webspace homepage, the teacher right-clicks on the course and chooses Replace by a course of

If you authorize the teacher to modify his/her timetable, he/she can also split the course in two and indicate that only one of the hours is devoted to the ITP.

See the number of ITP hours per class

  1. Go to the tab Timetable > Classes > Aff_RecapitulatifDesServices.jpg Summary of the services.

  2. Click on the button Btn_ClePlate.jpg at the top right of the list.

  3. In the pop-up window, select 2 from the drop-down menu for the number of rubrics to cumulate.

  4. Move the Classes and Type of studies columns into the displayed columns and use the arrows to move them to the top of the list. Validate.

  5. Click on the cumulative level Btn_Cumul2.jpg top right of the list: under each class, appears the total number of hours completed as part of the common studies, the personalized accompaniment and each ITP theme.
