  What happens if I place a course on a slot that's not free?

Two courses cannot be manually placed on the same slot. If you place a course in a slot already occupied by another course, the latter is de-positioned according to the option of your choice:

• By de-positioning the other course: the course is de-positioned - you can find it in the display Timetable > Course > List.
• By placing the other courses on hold: the course is de-positioned and set aside in the window Pending (to display this window, tick the corresponding box in the top right-hand corner - the pending courses can be moved directly on the grid from this window by click and drag).
  
  
  
  
  The courses put on hold during manipulations on the grids are identifiable in the list of courses thanks to the icon .
• By adjusting the place: the de-position course is automatically re-positioned elsewhere on the grid (you can then extend the slot search to include optional unavailability - the slots "painted" yellow on the timetable).

If you want to place two courses on the same time slot because they must take place at the same time you must create a complex course.
