How do I modify a user's authorizations?
To modify the authorizations of the group to which a user belongs, go to the menu File > User administration, click on the group name, select the relevant rubric, then tick/un-tick the authorizations to be granted or withdrawn.
Modifications always apply to the group as a whole, not to individual users on a case-by-case basis. If necessary, create a new group and move the user concerned into it.
