Note
To create a strong password, follow the recommendations of the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) and compose it using a mix of upper and lower case letters, numeric characters and special characters. Under no circumstances should your password be disclosed to anyone else.
To create a strong password, follow the recommendations of the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) and compose it using a mix of upper and lower case letters, numeric characters and special characters. Under no circumstances should your password be disclosed to anyone else.
- Go to the menu My preferences > Security > Protecting my account.
- In the rubric My connection identifiers, click on the button Modify my password.
- In the pop-up window, enter your current password.
- Then enter your new password twice.
- Click on the button Validate.
Change your username
- Go to the menu My preferences > Security > Protecting my account.
- In the rubric My connection identifiers, click on the button Modify my username.
- In the pop-up window, enter your current password.
- Then enter your new username.
- Click on the button Validate.
Change your PIN code
- Go to the menu My preferences > Security > Protecting my account.
- In the rubric My connection identifiers, click on the button Modify my PIN code.
- In the pop-up window, use the numeric keypad to enter your current PIN, then click the button Validate.
- Enter a new PIN code and confirm it. Click on the button Validate each time.
