How can I recover my PIN code if I forget it?
If you forget your PIN code, you can reset it yourself without having to ask the administrator. However, PIN code recovery requires authorization. If you are unable to reset your PIN, contact your institution's EDT administrator to have this permission granted to you.

- In the PIN code entry window, click on the button Reset my PIN code.
- A message will appear indicating that a reset code has been sent to you via e-mail. Click on Close.
- After reading the e-mail Resetting code for your PIN code in your messages, use the numeric keypad to enter the 6-digit code you received, then click the on the button Validate.
- Once you have entered the reset code, set your new PIN code: use the numeric keypad to enter the code, then confirm it by clicking on the button Validate each time.
- To avoid having to enter your PIN code in the future and prevent forgetting it, register your device, then click on the button Next.
