  • Consult the list of meetings attended by a staff member

After developing the meeting schedule in Parents/Teachers meetings > Meetings > Meetings grid, consult the list of meetings that a staff member is attending or has already attended.
  1. Go to the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Staff > List of meetings.
  2. Select a meeting session and a class.
  3. Select the staff member from the list on the left.
  4. The list of the staff member's meetings is on the right. 

    Remarque
    The column Took place (abbreviated as Took pl.) indicates to you with green ticks the meetings that have already taken place. Double-click there to complete the information if needed.
