Consult a guardian’s meeting schedule

After placing the meetings in Parents/Teachers meetings > Meetings > 
Meetings grid, consult the parents' schedule and send them the invitations.

- Go to the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Students > Meetings grid.
- Select a meeting session and a class.
- Select the guardian from the list on the left or use the multi-selection with the keys Ctrl + A of your keyboard.
- The guardian's schedule is on the right side of the screen.
Note
By default, meetings are colored according to the wishes expressed by the parent or teacher; you can delete this information by un-ticking Display the desiderata. To modify the display, click on the button
at the top right of the grid.
2. Send the schedules/convocation by e-mail or mail
- Go to the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Guardians > Meetings grid.
- Select a meeting session and a class.
- Select the guardians with the keys Ctrl + A of your keyboard.
- Click on the button
in the tool bar. - In the pop-up window, choose a list or schedule print and select the output mode: paper, e-mail, PDF or iCal.
