You simultaneously enter the unavailability of both guardians for parent-teacher meetings.

Go to the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Students > Unavailability.
Select a meeting session and a class, then, select a student from the list on the left. If several guardians share the same unavailability, use the multi-selection.
On the grid Unavailability located on the right of the screen, enter the concerned time slots.

Note
If both parents have requested separate meetings, their schedules will be displayed in two separate frames.
