Detaching a student from a lesson
You can add a student to a lesson even if his/her class is already occupied in the same slot. This feature makes it possible to customize any student's timetable, as well as easily manage students with special educational needs (ULIS, FLE, SEGPA, UPE2A, etc.). In this case, you can leave students in their inclusion class, and simply add them to other concurrent lessons, without the need to create specific parts or groups. A full class lesson remains a full class lesson, whether or not the student with special educational needs is included.
- Go to the timetable of the teacher who teaches the lesson you want to add the student to. If the lesson doesn't yet exist, draft it on the grid.
- From the lesson form, click on the button
in the rubric Detached students. - In the pop-up window, select the student. The icon
in the column Diagnosis indicates that the student is already in a lesson, but this does not prevent you from adding him/her. - Click on the button Validate.
By default, detached students are sorted by name in the lesson form; if you wish, you can sort them by class (button
at the top right of the lesson form).
