Edit the list of guardians
Enter the guardian's personal information and contact preferences in their form.
Filter parents whose children have left the institution
- Go to the display Timetable > Guardians >
Information form. - Click on the button
located in the title bar. In the pop-up window, tick/un-tick the option Display the guardians of the students departed from the institution to add or remove from the list parents whose children have left the institution.
Enter the identity of a guardian
- Go to the display Timetable > Guardians >
Information form. - Select the guardian from the list on the left.
- Click on the button
from the rubric Identity to edit the information form.

Information form. - Select the guardian from the list on the left.
- Click on the button
from the rubric Communication. - In the pop-up window, tick the accepted communication channels:
- SMS (the cellphone number must be entered),
- Mail,
- E-mail,
- Discussions and forum.
Specify the information that the guardian is authorized to receive
- Go to the display Timetable > Guardians >
Information form. - Select the guardian from the list on the left.
- Click on the button
from the rubric Communication. - Tick Administrative information. This concerns information sent via SMS e-mail, or mail.
