  • Specify the unavailability of the staff

You enter the unavailability of staff for the class committees and recover those already entered in the timetable.
  1. Go to the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Staff >   Unavailability.
  2. Select a meeting session and a class, then, select a staff member from the list on the left. If several staff members share the same unavailability, use the multi-selection.
  3. On the grid Unavailability located on the right of the screen, enter the concerned time slots.



    You can also recover the unavailability of staff already entered by clicking on Recover the unavailability entered for the timetable.
