How to move a course without being limited by room availability?
Several solutions exist. If you want to move the course by looking for a new free room immediately thereafter, follow the procedure below. If you want to move the course by postponing the room search, ignore the resource "room" in the course form and then move the course on the grid.
- In all the displays
Timetable of the week, select a resource from the list on the left to display its timetable. - On the grid, select the course to be moved.
- Click on the button
on the course form or on button 
at the top right of the timetable: a window appears.
- In the window, select the week to which you wish to move the course.
- On the left-hand side of the window, configure the room search criteria (in particular, you can ignore certain constraints and/or specify the minimum capacity of the room you're looking for).
- Click on the button Search for free slots: free slots appear in white on the grid; on each slot, a number indicates how many rooms are available; the list of these rooms appears on the right of the window.
- Click and drag the green frame to the wanted slot, select a room from the list, then click on the button Displace the course.
