  • Enter an absence for a group of students

The group absence entry display allows you to manage the absences of several students in a class (such as students on a field trip) while keeping courses open for the other students in the class.

1. Create a group for absent students

  1. Go to the display Timetable > Students > List.
  2. Select all students who are going on an outing.
  3. Right-click and select the Create a group.



  4. In the pop-up window, enter a designation for the group. Keep the option Standard group and validate.




2. Enter the group's absence

  1. Go to the display Daily management and absences > Group > Entry of absences. Students on a field trip will be listed as such (on a pedagogical outing) in the lists, attendance sheets, etc.
