  • Consult the number of hours of absence according to DEPP statuses

 
EDT automatically calculates the number of hours of absences based on the DEPP statuses once the matching between the DEPP statuses and the motives for absence used in EDT has been established.
For EDT to calculate the number of hours of absence based on DEPP statuses, it is necessary to establish the matching between these statuses and the motives for absences.
  1. Go to the display Daily management and absences > Statistics > DEPP.
  2. Click on the button at the top on the right.
  3. In the pop-up window, indicate for each motive whether it is related:
    • to continuous training program (column CT),
    • to the educational system (column ES),
    • to an individual reason (column IR).



  4. EDT automatically calculates the teachers' absence hours based on these equivalences.
