How to manually import from SIECLE (without Omogen)
- In SIECLE, activate SIECLE Application (Application SIECLE) > Access to student database (Accès à la base élèves).
- In the menu Exportations, click on En XML and save the following 7 <*.xml files:
- Nomenclature (Nomenclature)
- Institutions (Établissements)
- Geographic (Géographique)
- Structures (Structures)
- Students with address (Élèves avec adresse)
- Guardians with address (Responsables avec adresse)
- Common exports (Exports communs)
- In EDT, launch the command Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Recover the students' data.
- In the pop-up window, specify the data you wish to recover: click on the button
at top right to see all update options. In addition to student and legal guardian contact details, you can also recover:
- election modalities with the options (students' active studies);
- the ETM (MEF) of the classes and their services if you tick the corresponding option.
In the frame Choice of import method, select From the SIECLE export, then click on the button
.
- In the new window, select the files generated by SIECLE and click on the button Validate the selection: a summary of the data contained in the files is displayed in tabular form on the right.
- Click on the button Validate: you return to the previous window. Click on Import.
In the network version, you switch to Exclusive Usage mode.
In any case, verify the imported data before exiting the Exclusive Usage mode and saving.
