How can I modify the grid structure afterwards?
- Open the database, then go to the menu File > Utilities > Convert the time grid parameters.
- Select one of the two options Add or Remove, then specify the number of sequences to be added or subtracted; you can apply these modifications at the beginning and/or end of the day.
You can only add or remove a sequence at the beginning or end of the day. Also, it's essential to plan lunchtime sequences before placing the courses, as you won't be able to insert these sequences afterwards. - Once you've made your modifications, click on Validate: a window Report of base conversion appears. This allows you to identify any anomalies that may have arisen following the grid conversion.
If courses were placed in sequences that were deleted during conversion, these are not deleted, but de-positioned. Go to display Timetable > Course >
List to find them.
