  • What do errors 10053, 10060 and 10061 mean?

The error 10053 indicates a loss of connection between Clients and the Server (a bit like unplugging the cable between them). The problem is probably linked to the performance of your network.
Errors 10060 and 10061 may indicate several anomalies:

  • the TCP port 49300 is closed on the machine or blocked by the firewall,
  • incorrect connection parameters (URL + port),
  • the server PRONOTE not in active use,
  • the network, or the network connection, is unavailable.
The error 10061 indicates that there is no network connection on the machine, or that the network is inaccessible. The problem may be related to connection parameters, server status or network configuration.

In any case, click on the button Diagnose... to send the problem to the support service.

To resolve these problems, please contact your institution's network administrator, who should check the operating system version of the machine on which the Server is installed.
