  • How do I update EDT Single-user during the year?

Index Education applications update automatically via a Windows Service on the machine. For this update to work, this machine must have free access to the Internet. During busy periods, this update may take several attempts (due to temporary server overload, bandwidth saturation).

If your software fails to update, you can check an event log to find out the cause of the problem. To access it, launch the command Configuration > Update from your software and click on the button View the update service log. If you contact Index Education's support service, the contents of this log will make it easier to analyze the problem to find the cause and propose a satisfactory solution.
