When generating groups, can I suggest alignments to EDT?

If you generate groups with the option By distributing the groups in X alignments, you can predefine alignments by simulating them in a dedicated window. If alignment is possible, EDT will take your request into account when generating the groups.

In the display Timetable > Specializations > .0 Generation of the specialization groups, panel Generation of the groups, click on the underlined text "predefine the alignments": a window appears. Click/drag the groups from the list on the left into the columns on the right, then click on the button Launch a simulation. Test several combinations if necessary; when you've found a satisfactory solution, click on the button Validate.
