  • How to create Accompanied studies courses in EDT

  1. Go to the display Timetable > Class > Timetable.
  2. Select all the concerned classes, right-click and choose Create an Accompanied studies course.
  3. You switch to display Timetable > Course > Timetable. Then select an available slot for all the selected classes.
  4. The course ACCOMPANIED STUDIES is now automatically placed and composed as a part of each class.
  5. Specify the teacher(s), then manage the course as a variable population course from module Daily management and absences.
