What's the point of creating Study Hall/Library courses

The Study Hall and/or Library courses have more adapted roll call sheets: to an initially empty list, you gradually add the students attending these classes. A dedicated display also lets you plan the number of students to be admitted per time slot, according to the gaps in the timetable.
