Create a course with a possible variable population
Create the courses with the option Manage as groups with a variable population allows you to generate groups of students who can then be modified on a weekly basis (for personalized accompaniment, for example).
- Create a complex course with all teachers and classes working in parallel.
All groups created will be with a variable population. This is not a problem if, for some groups, the number of students never varies: simply define the list of students as valid until the end of the year. - Open the specification window of the course Ctrl + R and specify subjects, classes, etc., per teacher. If class meetings are to be counted as personalized accompaniment, choose the subjects labeled PA.
- Tick Manage as groups with a variable population and choose the distribution mode.
- The class meetings are displayed with the icon
. Groups whose students can be modified are created; they are displayed in the list of groups with the icon .
It is possible to create a personalized accompaniment course with a single teacher. To do this, open the specification window in the same way as for a complex course with several class meetings, tick the option Manage as groups with a variable population and select One class meeting per teacher.
