  • How do complex courses appear on a printed timetable?

Only the class meetings that concern the resources in the selected timetable appear. On the printed timetable, the slot is divided by default into as many boxes as there are class meetings. You can modify this configuration in the display Timetable > Course > List.

For the classes' timetable: select complex courses from the list, right-click and choose the command Modify > Printing class's timetable: name of public and class meetings; in the pop-up window, tick Group the class meetings of the complex courses, select an option in Designate the students then click on Validate.

If you choose No preference the options selected in the print window (tab Content) will be taken into account.

For the teachers' timetable: select complex courses from the list, right-click and choose the command Modify > Printing of teacher's timetable: name of public; in the pop-up window, select the type of resource to be displayed (groups, components or classes), then click on Validate.
