  • Some courses can be placed in one period or another, but how do you indicate this?

The use of periods is relevant when timetables change a lot during the year.

In some cases, a course can only take place over one period (for example, a semester), but it doesn't matter which one (it can take place in either the 1st or 2nd semester).

By specifying this characteristic before you start placing courses, you give the calculator greater flexibility.

  1. Go to the display Timetable > Course > Aff_Liste.jpg List.
  2. Select the courses that can be moved, right-click and choose Render variable.

You can also modify this report on a course-by-course basis by double-clicking in the column P.F.
