• With the new authorizations in the teacher profiles, you delegate to the heads of hubs the task to distribute the provisional services for their respective hubs.
• It is now possible to exclude certain subjects when generating courses from the in-coming year. You can decide to generate the simple courses from the tab In-coming year and create all the complex courses from the tab Timetable.
• The expected discipline for the service is displayed when hovering over the alignments or teacher assignments table.
• Teachers' preferential subjects can be assigned automatically as soon as the in-coming year according to the disciplines or courses of the previous year. 
• When recovering students' orientations from PRONOTE, you choose the orientation stage (provisional, final, etc.) that interests you.

3. Optimized presentation of the resources

• A new accumulation allows to visually group all the teachers under their hub of activity.
• A new filter displays only the pedagogical team of a class.
• New columns Number of free days and Free half-days entered in the constraints allows you to verify what was respected at the end of the construction of the timetables.
• When you display the teachers by discipline, EDT calculates and displays the cumulative provision by discipline. 
• In the statistics for completed missions, the mission hours are detailed by class meeting.
• A new authorization allows coordinators to reserve the right to consult the timetables of the teachers in their hub.

Easier handling

• The usual shortcuts to delete (Del) and duplicate (Ctrl + D) can be used to customize the class meetings of a complex course.
• Two groups can be differentiated at the stage of the specification of the complex course.
• If you use the column Pending during your manual adjustments, you now change the duration or frequency of the course directly in this column.

Tools for communicating

• With a new authorization in their profile, authorized teachers can modify the public memo of their courses. The memo is displayed directly on the timetable: nothing more effective to remind you of the equipment to bring back the same day!
• When you send a notification from a course, the PECs responsible for the classes and concerned accompanying staff can easily be added as recipients.

• The configuration of the time grid is done to start without the time designations in order to focus more easily on its structure.  
• Useful columns for quickly sorting students have been added to the student selection windows.
• A new course-to-course constraint allows you to force the succession of two courses. This alternative to the assembly of a complex course allows in particular to ignore constraints when resolving failures.
• The STSweb subject number is recalled in the list of subjects.
• The information on students to group/separate used in the tab In-coming year is now also displayed in the tab Timetable so that this information is always visible when building timetables.
• Suspensions entered in PRONOTE appear on students' timetables in EDT.
• If the student's entry date prevents you from adding him/her to a group, you will know by clicking on the button "Unavailable students".
• A new display in the module Daily Management presents the pedagogical team of a class according to the courses precisely ensured during the selected weeks.
• When verifying the teachers' SA, in addition to the totals that take into account all hours, you can display subtotals to verify your calculations.
• Classes can be accumulated by ETM in the selection windows. Ignoring resources during the diagnosis becomes possible when searching for a place in another week.
• In the list of cumulative courses, you can view a resource's number of course hours per week. This allows, for example, to quickly identify apprentices' overtime.

5. Managing absences and replacements

• EDT sorts through your notifications: a new panel dedicated to notifications to see accepted replacements, rejected replacements and voluntary proposals.
• Thanks to the filter per teacher, you focus on the courses to be replaced by certain teachers.  
  At a glance, you verify the assignments accepted by the teachers and only look for replacements who have not already completed all their STR mission hours.
• Thanks to the command View the timetables from the contextual menu, you visualize and compare the timetable of potential replacements before assigning the replacement.
• Don't look for the button to send all your mass replacement requests anymore, it is displayed just above the table! 
• When looking for a replacement, you can ignore the optional unavailability (orange), in addition to the standard unavailability (red).
• You now add chaperones to a multi-selection of pedagogical outings.
• When organizing a long-term replacement, you only look for the teachers available to replace all the teacher's courses and choose the adjustments to be retained.
• Under the absence entry grid, you start an extraction of the replacement courses scheduled for an absence.
• If you create your base from the previous year, you can choose not to recover the missions.
• The mass mailings made from the summary of missions take into account the selected weeks in order to provide teachers with an accurate statement of their commitments and services on a given date.
• It is possible to extract all the courses attached to a mission.

6. Managing group committees

• It is now possible to hold group committees, for example to bring together teachers who see students who have chosen a specialization. 
• It is possible to indicate that a staff member is not indispensable on a multi-selection of committees..
• When assigning representatives to class committees, you filter the list of guardians according to their status (legal, in charge, etc.).
• The PEC can be added by default to all the committees of the classes for which he/she is responsible.
• The class meeting definition window is completely redesigned for faster and more intuitive input.

• A new template makes it possible to print a double-sided student card: on one side, information about the student (permission slip, diet, etc.), on the other their timetable!
• By default, the latest e-mail template is memorized.
• If necessary, add additional lines in the digital signature sheets so that unexpected people can also register.
• The deposit of documents in the digital lockers of parents and students is facilitated, as in PRONOTE, by a command from the contextual menu that allows you to deposit the document directly from the list of guardians/students.
