EDT - How can we distribute the school rules and regulations to parents and students?

When connected to a PRONOTE base, the school rules and regulations can be made available in the Parents and Students Webspaces.

Publish the school rules and regulations on the Parents and Students Webspaces

Go to the menu Parameters > Institution > Identity.
On the internal regulations line, click on the button .
In the pop-up window, select the file and validate.
The regulation is automatically published in the form Contact the institution, accessible from the top banner of the webspace.

Once the document has been published, go to the menu Parameters > Institution > Identity.
In the pop-up window, modify the message content if necessary, then click on the button Send.
Parents and students receive a notification. They can download the internal regulations from the form Contact the institution on their Webspace. After reading the regulations, the parents and students tick I have taken note of the available downloadable documents.
