What are periods used for in EDT?
The periods created in EDT enable you to create different timetables to be applied successively throughout the year to the same class.
These periods can be taken into account in a wide range of displays. You can:
Before course placement:
- Specify the period of some courses before their placement,
- Make clarifications by period in a complex course,
After course placement:
- Work on the timetable grids of all resources over a single predefined period,
- Compare a resource's timetable over several periods,
- Seal an entire period with a single click, so that it can no longer be modified by users.
