  • How can you be sure that all students have been taken into account?

In the student list, you can check the number of hours planned for each subject. This allows you to spot any omissions at a glance.

  1. Go to the display Timetable > Students > List.
  2. Filter the list, for example, by level.



  3. If it is not visible, display the column Occupancy in the list using the button .
  4. By default, weekly occupancy for all subjects is displayed.



  5. Click on the button and tick a subject to display the volume of hours in that particular subject.

  6. By sorting on the column or scrolling down the list, you can quickly distinguish students who have a different volume of hours than others.
