  • A teacher/staff member has lost his/her password/PIN code. What should be done?

You must be logged in as an administrator.

  1. Go to the display Timetable > Teachers >  List.
  2. Select the teacher(s) for whom you wish to generate a new password or PIN code, right-click and choose Modify > Password and PIN code > Reset the password/Generate a new PIN code.
