How can I access Maileva's paperless mail service from the software?
Starting with the 2025 version of EDT, you no longer need to fill out a registration form for the Maileva service. It is included in your license.
- If you were already signed up for the service with EDT 2024: activate the feature in the EDT parameters (see below).
- If you are a new customer of EDT 2025: activate the feature in the EDT parameters (see below).
- If you haven't already signed up for the service with EDT 2024, please contact the sales department.
The paperless mail service enables authorized users to send mail in just two clicks. Mail is forwarded to La Poste, which takes care of printing, enveloping, postage and delivery. Mail tracking is done from the software. To use the Maileva service, you must register with Index Education.

- Go to the menu Parameters > Communication > Mail/SMS/Messaging service, of the Client
- In the frame Maileva, tick Activate the service.
- A button Test the connection to the service allows you to verify that the service is working properly.
On the network, you must authorize the use of the service by staff and teachers.
