  • How to send a single letter when both parents live at the same address

  1. Go to the tab Timetable > Guardians > Information form.
  2. In the menu Edit, select Reset all the recipients > Meetings and mail.
  3. Click on Yes: EDT un-ticks the option Mail in the contact preferences of each second guardian if they live at the same address as the first. In this way, parents who live at different addresses will continue to receive mail, but only one letter will be sent when the address is the same (to the first guardian).
