How can I find out from which display a mail/template can be sent?
The category of a template determines the displays from which the mail/document can be sent and, consequently, the variables that can be inserted. The category of mail or a document is chosen when it is created.
- Go to the display Communication > Mail and Documents >
Templates. - Place the cursor on the category of the concerned template: a tooltip lists the displays from which the template can be sent.
