  • How do I insert a signature into a template?

  1. Go to the display Communication > Mail and documents > Templates.
  2. Select the template from the list on the left.
  3. On the right side, place the cursor where you want to insert the signature, click on the button Insert, then select Institution Stamps and Signatures > [Signature name].



  4. The image will then appear in the template. Click on the button Save to apply the changes.
