Can I change the category of a template?
The category of a template created by default cannot be modified.
To change the category of a template you've created, go to display Communication > Mail and Documents > Templates. Double-click in the column Category and choose another category in the pop-up window: if variables are not available for the new category, they will be removed from the template.
