  • What happens when I receive information?

If you are a recipient of information, you will receive a notification in your Client EDT. All information received is stored in the folder Received from the display Communication > Info/Surveys > Information and surveys. To acknowledge receipt, select the information concerned: its content is displayed on the right of the screen. Then tick the box I have taken note of this information located below the body of the text. You can also find the list of the latest information received on your home page, via the corresponding widget, and check the box I have taken note of this information directly from this page.
