What happens when I am the recipient of information?

If you are a recipient of information, you will receive a notification in your Client EDT.

Go to the display Communication > Info/Surveys > Information and surveys. In the left menu, click on Received. To acknowledge receipt, select the information concerned: its content is displayed on the right of the screen. Tick the box I have taken note of this information located below the body of the text.
