What is "information" in EDT?

In EDT, "information" is a message distributed to a set of recipients; it does not await a response. Upon receipt, recipients are notified on their Client EDT (and on their Client PRONOTE and Webspace if you also use this software). They can indicate that they have read the information by means of an acknowledgement of receipt.
