  • How do I add a signature when sending a message?

The defined signature is the same for discussions, information, and surveys.

Creation of the signature

  1. Go to the menu My preferences > Communication > Messaging service.
  2. In the frame Signature, enter the elements that will make up your signature. Click on the button to format them (add a separating line, bold, italics, color, etc.).



  3. Click on Close.

Insert the signature in the message

  1. Go to the display Communication > Discussions > Discussions.
  2. In the message sending window, position the cursor, then click on the button Insert my signature. This is immediately visible in the body of the message.
