  • Can I force the system to receive messages while I'm offline so I can read an important message?

While Right to disconnect feature is activated, you have to wait until the end of the defined period to recover your messages. To get around this constraint, you can force them to be received. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the display Communication > Discussions > Discussions.
  2. Click on Recover unreceived messages.
  3. If messages are recovered, they are displayed in the folder In progress.
