  • How to send a single SMS when both parents live at the same address

  1. Go to the display Timetable > Guardians > Information form.
  2. In the menu Edit, select Reset all the recipients > SMS.
  3. Click on Yes: EDT un-ticks the SMS option in the contact preferences of each second guardian if they live at the same address as the first guardian. This means that parents living at different addresses will each continue to receive an SMS, but only one SMS will be sent when the home address is shared (sent to the first guardian).
