  • How to recover SMS templates from the previous year

  1. Go to the menu Imports/Exports > EDT > Recover data from another base (file in a *.edt format).
  2. In the explorer window, select the base containing the SMS templates to be recovered.
  3. In the pop-up window, tick Communications > SMS templates and validate: you'll be in Exclusive Usage mode for the duration of the import.
