How can I find out from which displays an SMS template can be sent?

The category of a template determines the displays from which the SMS can be sent and, consequently, the variables that can be inserted. The category of an SMS is chosen when it is created.

Go to the display Communication > SMS > Templates.
Place the cursor on the category of the concerned template: a tooltip lists the displays from which the template can be sent.
