How to add an e-mail signature

In the e-mail sending window, click on the button
located on the right of the drop-down menu Signature.
- In the pop-up window, click on Create a new e-mail signature, enter a designation, then validate with the key Enter of your keyboard.
- Select the signature; in the text editor on the right, enter and format the e-mail signature.
- To add an image (accepted formats: *.png, *.gif and *.jpg), click on the button
at the bottom, double-click on the image, then once it's loaded, double-click again to insert it into the signature.
If you wish to make this signature available to other users, double-click in column Shared. The column Default, indicates the signature selected by default in the drop-down menu.
