  • Develop the TRAT (TRMD)

The projected requirements of your institution are calculated automatically by EDT according to the TM population or the projected classes you have entered. Then compare these requirements to your Global Hourly Allotment and adjust them until the final TRAT is obtained.

Consult the list of projected requirements per subject

  1. Go to the display Next Academic Year > Projected requirements > Projection per subject.
  2. In the drop-down menu Calculation, choose TM or Projected classes.
  3. In the drop-down menu Choice of level, then select a display option: you can view the projected requirements class by class, TM by TM etc. or display the projected requirements for the entire institution.

Compare the projected requirements to the Global Hourly Allotment

  1. Go to the display Next Academic Year > Projected requirements > Teaching Resources Allocation Table.
  2. In the drop-down menu Calculation, choose TM or Projected classes.
  3. In the frame Management of your allotment, enter the global number of hours, the AOH and ASM.
  4. For each discipline, the table indicates:
    • The number of "real" taught lesson hours (column Taught);
    • The number of hours to be added following the weighting calculation (column Weighted);
    • The number of E-ECA hours, entered in the display Next Academic Year > Teachers > List (column E-ECA);
    • Total of the requirements per discipline (column Requirements);
    • The number of permanent teaching positions, entered in the display Next Academic Year > Teachers > List (column Job positions);
    • The number of hours stipulated in the contract for permanent teachers (column Provision);
    • The number of additional hours in the Teaching Plan (column ASG);
    • The number of hours still to be ensured (column Differential).
  5. If the differential between projected requirements and the GHA is too large for some disciplines, you can adjust the projected requirements by modifying the TM or class population for each service, and/or modifying the alignment of classes/groups in the display Next Academic Year > Projected requirements > Projection per subject.

Enter the projected means

  1. Go to the tab Next Academic Year > Projected requirements > Teaching Resources Allocation Table.
  2. In the drop-down menu Calculation, choose TM or Projected classes.
  3. Double-click in the column Projected means > Hours.
  4. In the pop-up menu, create the expected teachers: you will find them in the list of teachers with the status Projected.
  5. In the column Assessment, EDT makes the assessment of your means according to the projected means entered.
