Support PRONOTE-
I tried to install the mobile application on my phone, but it doesn't work...
If flashing the QR code doesn't install the application, try the other two methods.
Install application by geolocation
- Open the application PRONOTE then click on Add an account.
- In the pop-up window, click on the hyperlink See the other configuration modes.
- Click on Geolocate me.
- Click on Select your institution then select the institution from the list that appears.
- Click on Parents Webspace.
- Enter your PRONOTE (or Digital Workspace-DW (ENT) if applicable) username and password.
Install the application by entering the PRONOTE address
- Open the application PRONOTE then click on Add an account.
- In the pop-up window, click on the hyperlink See the other configuration modes.
- Click on Enter the address.
- Enter the PRONOTE portal address, then click on the button
located on the right.
The PRONOTE portal address can be found on the connection letter sent out at the start of the year, or on the Parents Webspace, at the bottom of the QR code generation window - be sure to enter the full address, including https://.
- Click on Parents Webspace.
- Enter your PRONOTE (or DW (ENT) if applicable) username and password.
If you have successfully connected to Parents Webspace, but are unable to install the application, first make sure you are using a QR code generated on Parents Webspace, and not the QR code sent by mail: once your password has been personalized, it is no longer valid.
