  • How am I notified when I receive a message as a "Student Administration contact"?

You can only receive messages as "Student Administration contact" if you are logged in to your account. As with all chat exchanges, a dialog window opens instantly on your screen.

For even faster response, a response "Request taken into account" is entered by default, all you have to do is press the button Send to (...) to reply to your caller. If necessary, you can also write the message yourself.
