How can I instantly contact my Student Adminstration colleagues?
Staff designated as "Student Administration contacts" can be contacted instantly via chat by the institution's teachers and staff. To be reachable, they must be logged in to their account.
To instantly contact "Student Administration contact" staff:
- Click on the button
at the top right of the toolbar. - In the pop-up window, click on the button Contact Student Administration.
- If several contacts are connected, you can choose who to send the message to by clicking on the button
.
- Enter your message then click on Send.
