Connect to the Senior Management Webspace
The procedures for accessing PRONOTE vary by institution. At the beginning of the year, your institution will provide you with these procedures, as well as your username and password, which may not be the same as those from the previous year.

- through the Teaching assistants Webspace this is the most commonly used connection method. Simply connect using the address provided by the institution.
- via the mobile application: this is the connection mode that lets you do everything you need to do right from your phone. You'll need to download the PRONOTE app and set it up.
Through the Teaching assistants Webspace
Log in to your Webspace using the address, username, and password provided by the institution. The first time you log in, you will need to change your password.
To choose a strong password, follow the CNIL's guidelines.
Via the mobile application
- Download the PRONOTE app to your phone from your usual app store.
- Set up the account by scanning the QR code provided by the institution or generated from your Webspace by clicking the button at the top of the screen.
- Enter 4 digits, which you will be asked to provide later when setting up the mobile app.
- Scan the QR code with your phone.
- Enter your 4-digit verification code.
- Your account name appears on your phone. Tap on it.
- If you scanned the QR code provided by the institution rather than generating it from your Webspace, you must set your password by entering it twice and then confirming it.
- You are now on your account's homepage.
