How do I add a signature to accompany a message?
Creation of a signature
- Go to the tab My data > Account.
- Click on Signature of the discussions in the left-hand menu.
- In the frame, enter the elements that will make up your signature. Click on the button
to format them (add a separator line, bold, italics, color, etc.).
- Click on Validate.
Inserting the signature in the message
In the message sending window (tab Communication > Discussions), position the cursor, then click on the button Insert my signature. This is immediately visible in the message body.
